Mission Statement
The mission of the Facilities Maintenance Division is to provide clean, safe, and secure City Facilities for visitors and City employees alike in a cost-effective and efficient manner.
Responsibilities
The Facilities Maintenance Division repairs, remodels, and provides daily maintenance for City facilities and also assists departments, organizations, agencies, etc. on various special projects and events.
Street Lights
The Facilities Maintenance Division is responsible for street lights located on US 1 (Washington Avenue), on the A Max Brewer Bridge, and at the intersection of SR 405 & SR 50.

Traffic Signals & Pedestrian Crossing Signals
The Facilities Maintenance Division is also responsible for the repair and maintenance of traffic and pedestrian crossing signals in the City of Titusville.
