The Building Department is responsible for ensuring public safety through plan reviews, permitting, and inspections which enforce and certify compliance with City code and regulations.

Contractor Registration

If you are a new contractor wanting to register with the City of Titusville, please email with the following documents: State License and/or County Comp Card, Business Tax Receipt (from the city/county your business is located) , General Liability and Workman's Comp with the City of Titusville listed as the certificate holder.

Paper Plans

Beginning June 1st the Titusville Building Department will no longer accept any paper plans larger than 11 by 17. The Building Department encourages the use of our online portal and uploading your plans electronically. If you need assistant with the online portal please contact 321-567-3760.
