The Planning and Zoning Commission (P&Z) of the City of Titusville, Florida met in regular session in a Fire Station 11, in the Fire Department Multi-Purpose Room located at 550 South Washington Avenue on Wednesday January 5, 2022 at 6:00 p.m.

Chairwoman Speidel called the meeting to order at 6:08 p.m. Present were Vice Chairman Richardson, Secretary Grant,  Member Rice, Member Aton. Member Riley and Assistant City Attorney Chelsea Farrell attended the meeting virtually. Member Porter, Alternate Member Childs, and Alternate Member Fayson  were absent. Also in attendance were Senior Planner Eddy Galindo and Recording Secretary Laurie Dargie.

Discussion took place amongst the Planning and Zoning Commission members and city staff.

The Planning and Zoning Commission members asked that it be clear that the intent for Table 30-8 in Section 30-332, be that the referenced map (Exhibit A: Buffers) take precedence when using the table.
